Organic Colombian - Washed

Freshly roasted USDA Organic Colombian beans.

Washed coffee processing is similar to natural processing, but the fruit is stripped off of the coffee bean within days of the coffee cherry being plucked from the tree and then washed with water before they are dried. This removes any impurities and gives the coffee a cleaner taste. Great for those who enjoy lower acidity coffee - and more rich/darker aromas.

To preserve the delicate notes of this coffee and add body - we roast these beans to a full city roast (medium).
