“Natural process” or “dry process,” means drying coffee cherries whole without the intervention of water or machines to remove any of the fruit. Natural process coffees can be described as earthy and intense in flavor, often with notes of deep fruit and complex sweetness. This coffee is perfect for those who enjoy a lighter - fruity cup.

To preserve the delicate notes of this coffee - we roast these beans to a city roast (light/medium).
